Curry Thai is great for rice, soups, and dressings. It can also be used in coconut milk curries (both red and green) as a substitute for curry paste. 1-2 tablespoons is good for 4-6 servings.
Ingredients: Certified organic paprika, coriander, black pepper, turmeric, fenugreek, cayenne, cumin, ginger, and mustard.
