Jerk seasoning is an essential in Caribbean and Jamaican cooking. Use the seasoning directly on meat, rubbing it on before cooking, as a marinade, mayonnaise or sauce. 1-2 tablespoons is good for 1 lb meat.
Ingredients: Certified organic paprika, onion, thyme, garlic, pepper, allspice, cayenne, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
