Use sparingly at different stages of cooking. You can actually sprinkle on top of all your finished dishes, especially rice plates, for its aromatic properties. 1-2 tablespoons is good for 4-6 servings.
Ingredients: Certified organic cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, black pepper, coriander, ginger, bay leaves, cardamom, and cloves.
