Tsatsiki is a traditional Greek and Turkish Meze and appetizer that is also used for souvlaki and gyros as a sauce. A Meze is simiar to Spanish Tapas and French Amouse Bouche. Tsatsiki is made of mixed yogurt, cumcumbers, garlic, salt.

Add 1 lb yogurt, 1 grated cucumber, 1 spoon olive oil and Tsatsiki seasoning to your taste. Mix well. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.

Ingredients: Certified organic garlic, onion, oregano, sweet basil, marjoram, rosemary, paprika, and chili flakes.
