Chimichurri, Argentina’s national condiment, can be used as both a meat marinade and a sauce. Mix 3-4 tablespoons of Chimichurri seasoning with 1/3 cup of olive oil and 1/3 cup of wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients: Certified organic parsley, oregano, basil, garlic, and chili.
