Usage: The seeds, whole or ground, are used to color butter, rice, smoked fish, and cheese. It can also be used with meat stews, fish, pork, rice, shellfish, and many vegetables. The seeds can be seeped in boiling water until desired color is obtained or it can be directly added to cooking liquid.
