Ras el hanout, or Moroccan seasoning, is a unique spice and herb mixture used to flavor soups, stews, and couscous. It is also essential in the North African dish pastilla and in most Moroccan tagine recipes. 1-2 tablespoons is good for 4-6 servings.
Ingredients: Certified organic pepper, cardamom, mace, cayenne, ginger, fennel, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, turmeric, lavender, and dried rosebuds.
