Also known as Japanese horseradish, wasabi is a variety of green horseradish grown only in Japan. It has a sharp flavor that is hotter than white horseradish, but has an herbal overtone. Mix half nad half with tepid water to form a paste. Add to sushi, soba, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes.
Ingredients: Horseradish powder, mustard powder, and spinach powder.
