Panch Phoron, or Bengali Five Spice, is a delicious flavoring for lentil, seafood, and vegetable dishes. For best results, fry the Pancho Phoron in ghee (clarified butter) or hot oil before using. Cook the seeds for only a few seconds, or until they begin popping, to avoid burning them.
Ingredients: Certified organic mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, black sesame seeds, and fennel seeds.
