Adobo seasoning is a traditional, all-purpose flavor enhancer for Mexican, Caribbean and Filipino dishes. Spicy, but not hot, and rich in flavor, just sprinkle or rub 1-2 tablespoons seasoning on 1-2 lb fish or meat before cooking or grilling. To make guacamole, add 1-2 teaspoons seasoning with 1tablespoon water and 2 mashed avocados. Add a squeeze of limejuice and a dash of salt. Adobo seasoning is also delicious on taco and chili meat and beans.
Ingredients: Certified organic garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne.
