Traditional Three Bean Salad
Rinse and drain beans. Place in large bowl. Add chopped celery, parsley and onion. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and spices; pour over bean mixture. Toss salad well and chill in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
Try adding different spices like a dash of rosemary, chili powder, cumin or curry for flavor variations.
Serves 10 to 12.
