Grilled Rib Eye Steaks

INGREDIENTS
· 1/2 cup soy sauce
· 1/2 cup sliced green onions
· 1/4 cup packed brown sugar (optional)
· 1 1/2 table spoon Spicely rib Eye Steak Seasoning.
· 2 1/2 pounds beef rib eye steaks
· Salt to your taste
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, onions,
brown sugar, Spicely rib Eye Steak Seasoning. Add the steaks. Seal bag
and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
2. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, uncovered, over medium-hot
heat for 8-10 minutes or until the meat reaches desired doneness (for
medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees F; medium, 160
degrees F; well-done, 170 degrees F).
Rib Eye Steak Seasoning
(This recipe can be used with chicken, pork or any
cut of beef steak.)
2 rib eye steaks
½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
¼ cup water
1 clove garlic, minced
1-2 tsp Spicely Rib Eye Steak Seasoning
In a 1 gallon zip top bag, mix soy sauce, water and
garlic. Marinate for 1 hour. Remove steaks from bag and sprinkle each
side with ¼ tsp. Spicely Rib Eye Steak Seasoning.
Grill until steaks reach desired level of doneness.
