Lamb Backstraps with ZaatarRub lamb with garlic and olive oil. Next, generously coat lamb with Spicely® Zaatar Seasoning. Sear lamb on both sides in a hot pan to form a nice crust. Finish in 400 F oven for 15 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice. |
