Barbecue Chicken

INGREDIENTS
· 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
· 2 eggs (optional)
· 1/2 cup vegetable oil
· 1 cup cider vinegar
· Salt to your taste
· 1 1/2 teaspoons Spicely BBQ seasoning
· 1/4 teaspoon Spicely ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
In a blender or food processor, combine the eggs, oil, vinegar, salt,
Spicely BBQ seasoning and Spicely ground black pepper. Blend together
and baste on the chicken when grilling, or marinate the chicken in the
sauce in the refrigerator for 1 to 1 1/2 hours before grilling.
Barbeque Seasoning
Use 1-2
Tbsp. per 1 pound of meat, poultry or seafood. Brush meat with oil,
sprinkle with Spicely Barbeque Seasoning and let marinate for at least
30 minutes. Bake, grill, broil or pan-fry until done.
Barbeque Baby Back Ribs
One rack of baby back pork ribs
1 package of Spicely Barbeque Seasoning
2 cups of braising liquid (broth, soda pop, or water)
Remove
connective tissue from the underside of ribs. Coat both sides of meat
with Spicely Barbeque Seasoning. Place ribs on an elevated rack in a
roasting pan. Pour about 2 cups of liquid in bottom of roaster. Cover
tightly with aluminum foil and bake or grill on a low heat setting
(300-325 degrees F) for at least 2 hours. After the 2 hours, you can
brown them on the grill for a few minutes or about 15 minutes in the
oven with the foil removed. You can apply your favorite barbeque sauce
at this point if you like or just eat and enjoy as is. They are fall
off the bone tender. |
