Subscription Terms & Conditions

Spice Selection

Spicely Organics will curate a selection of 3 different organic seasonings every month and bundle it in an exclusive membership package. Each month includes 3 spice blend compacts per calendar month. Prior to shipping your monthly box, Spicely Organics will email a list of what will be shipped for the following calendar month, along with recipes, to the email address provided at membership checkout. If you have any allergies to specific ingredients, please indicate at membership checkout or email customerservice@spicely.com. Allergies will be accommodated with a substitute compact.

 

Cancellation/Refunds

You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting us at customerservice@spicely.com. We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within two business days of receiving your request. Cancellations will be prorated and returned funds will be refunded back to your credit card on file. Please note that after the initial shipment, we do not offer full refunds. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

For a partial cancellation of a 3 month subscription, each dispatched shipment will be charged at the monthly rate. E.g., for a 3 month cancellation ($38.85 total) after the 2nd dispatch (2 x monthly rate of $14.95), the refund will be a total of $8.95.

For a partial cancellation of a 6 month subscription, each dispatched shipment before the third shipment will be charged at the monthly rate. Each dispatched shipment after the third shipment will be charged at the 3-month rate. We cannot cancel subscriptions after the fourth dispatch. E.g., For a 6 month cancellation ($59.70 total) after the 3rd dispatch (3 x monthly rate of $14.95), the refund will be a total of $14.85. For a cancellation after the 4th dispatch (3 x monthly rate of $14.95, plus 1 x 3-month rate of 12.95), the refund will be $1.90.  

 

Payment

If you purchase a membership, you agree to pay, using a valid credit card, the applicable fees and taxes (if any) set forth on the website. We reserve the right, upon prior notice to you, to change the amount of any fees and to institute new fees, effective at the end of your current subscription period. All authorized charges will be billed to your designated credit card account (or other payment method) on the terms described in the specific offer. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or your payment is returned to Spicely Organics, Inc. for any reason, Spicely Organics reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the unpaid-for membership service.

Monthly Memberships will be charged $14.95 on a monthly basis from initial purchase date, 3 Month Membership holders will be charged $38.85 every 3 months, from initial purchase date, and 6 Month Membership holders will be charged $59.70 every 12 months from initial purchase date.

 

Renewal Program

Spicely Organics will automatically renew your subscription each payment period to ensure that there is no interruption of your spice delivery service. Spicely Organics, via PayWhirl, will charge your credit card at the then-current renewal rate using the credit card info we have on file for your account. Please contact customerservice@spicely.com to cancel your automatic renewal, cancel your subscription or change your payment method.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, organic spice subscriptions may only ship to the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Canada are excluded from organic tea subscriptions.

 

Gift Subscriptions

If you would like to gift an organic spice club subscription, please include the appropriate recipient’s shipping address, as well as the information for the credit card to charge. Include the recipient’s email address so that Spicely Organics may email the upcoming month’s selections to the appropriate individual.

 

Confidentiality

All information supplied by you to spicely.com and Chargify during the completion of the registration process and subscription form is subject to the Privacy Policy.
