In a medium bowl, place the cubed chicken and onion juice. Mix in Spicely® Chicken Kabob Seasoning. Completely dissolve crushed saffron threads in the mixture. Cover and allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator at least one hour, or overnight.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Place the marinated chicken on skewers. Frequently brush with butter while cooking on the prepared grill. Turning frequently, cook until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear, or to desired doneness.
Cut chicken breast into 1 and 1/2 inch chunks. Mix chicken and oil in a bowl. Sprinkle with Spicely® Chicken Kabob Seasoning and mix well. Marinate at least one hour. Alternate on 11-inch skewers as follows: Green pepper, chicken piece, pineapple chunk, cherry tomato and mushroom. Grill until done. Serve over bed of rice.
