(1) Your coupon code is a 16-character password located in the bottom right-hand corner of your Groupon voucher. Do NOT use the "Groupon number" at the top of the voucher! A: If the status of your order is still pending, it means we didn't receive your payment. Please complete your payment by clicking the link at the bottom of the Purchase Order you received by email. A: You purchased a voucher from Groupon. You'll enter the promotional code you received when you check out from our online store.
