Lavender Almonds

These lavender infused nuts are great for a healthy movie night, friendly get-togethers, and just plain snacking. The recipe can be easily multiplied if you want to share!

  • 2 cups raw whole almonds
  • 1 tsp Organic Lavender
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F. Roast the almonds on a baking sheet until fragrant and puffed (approximately 10 minutes). Keep a close eye because they will burn quickly.
  2. Finely grind lavender. Combine almonds with lavender, sugar, salt, and olive oil; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
