These lavender infused nuts are great for a healthy movie night, friendly get-togethers, and just plain snacking. The recipe can be easily multiplied if you want to share!
- 2 cups raw whole almonds
- 1 tsp Organic Lavender
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 300°F. Roast the almonds on a baking sheet until fragrant and puffed (approximately 10 minutes). Keep a close eye because they will burn quickly.
Finely grind lavender. Combine almonds with lavender, sugar, salt, and olive oil; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
