Carrot and Parsnip Puree

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Total Cook Time: 40 minutes

Servings: 3 servings 


    1 - Cook the carrots and parsnips in boiling water, for 40 minutes, or until soft
    2 - Drain and put back in the pot
    3 - Add butter, milk, and the seasoning
    4 - Mash until creamy and serve
