Chimichurri Lamb Chops

Ingredients
For the chimichurri marinade:
- 3 tbsp of oil
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 tbsp of chopped parsley
- 2 tsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the rest:
- 5 lamb chops
- 1 tbsp of oil
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Mix marinade ingredients together
2 - Place lamb chops in a bowl and pour over the marinade
3 - Mix well and let sit for 30 minutes
4 - Heat oil in pan and sear the chops for 3 minutes on each side; serve
