Chimichurri Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

14 oz ground beef

1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp of garlic granulates

1 tbsp of red onions, chopped

3 tbsp of breadcrumbs

1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp vinegar
-
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp chilli crushed
-
1 tsp dried oregano
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp
garlic granulates
DIRECTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS
1 - For the meatballs, mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, and start shaping small meatballs.
2 - Place them in a baking tray and cook in a preheated oven, set to 375F, for about 30 minutes.
3 - For the Chimichurri sauce, mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
