Chocolate Stout Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 oz of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of stout
- 2 oz of butter, melted
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup of sour cream
For the frosting:
- 8 oz of cream cheese, cold
- 1 cup of icing sugar
- 3/4 cup of whipping cream
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl.
2 - In a separate bowl add the stout, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
3 - Mix in the eggs, one by one.
4 - At the end add the sour cream and mix nicely.
5 - Now add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, slowly, while mixing.
6 - Transfer the mixture to muffin tins and cook for 20 minutes, at 375 F.
7 - Meanwhile, prepare the frosting.
8 - Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and, using a hand mixer, beat until fluffy.
9 - Now add in the icing sugar and mix again.
10 - Add the whipping cream and whip until soft peaks form (That will happen in about 2 minutes.
11 - When the cupcakes are done, let them cool down before adding the frosting on top.
