Chorizo and Potato Mash

Ingredients
- 15 oz of potatoes, chopped
- 3 oz of chorizo, chopped
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 oz of butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tsp of Spicely Organics Paprika
- 2 tsp of Spicely Organics Chili Powder
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Boil the potatoes, until soft, about 25 minutes.
2 - Cook the chorizo in a hot pan, for about 2 minutes.
3 - Drain the potatoes and mix in milk, butter, season with salt, black pepper, paprika and chili powder and mash until fluffy.
4 - Add in the cooked chorizo and mix.
