Ginger Snap Martini

Servings: 10 servings (syrup can make up to 10 cocktails)



For the Spicely homemade syrup (this quantity can make up to 10 cocktails): 
  • ½ cup of water
  • 9 oz of sugar
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of molasses
  • 1 thumb sized ginger, peeled and sliced

For the cocktail: 

  • 1 ½  oz of pear vodka
  • 1 oz of amaretto liqueur
  • ½ oz of syrup
  • Ice, for the shaker


    1 - Add syrup ingredients to a sauce pot, and put on a medium heat until the sugar has melted. 

    2 - Remove from the heat, strain into a bowl and let it cool before use.

    3When ready - add cocktail ingredients to a shaker and shake nicely.

    4Serve and enjoy!
