Ginger Snap Martini

Ingredients
For the Spicely homemade syrup (this quantity can make up to 10 cocktails):- ½ cup of water
- 9 oz of sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of molasses
- 1 thumb sized ginger, peeled and sliced
For the cocktail:
- 1 ½ oz of pear vodka
- 1 oz of amaretto liqueur
- ½ oz of syrup
- Ice, for the shaker
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Add syrup ingredients to a sauce pot, and put on a medium heat until the sugar has melted.
2 - Remove from the heat, strain into a bowl and let it cool before use.
3 - When ready - add cocktail ingredients to a shaker and shake nicely.
4 - Serve and enjoy!
