Grilled Elote (Mexican Street Corn) Salad

Ingredients
- 2 ears of corn on the cob
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic granulates
- ½ tsp cumin ground
- 1 oz Feta or Cotija cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Grill the corn for about 5 minutes on each side until corn browns; set aside to cool
2 - Mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside
3 - Cut the corn kernels off the cob and mix together with the sauce
4 - Top with more cheese and parsley
