Hoisin Glazed Eggplant

Total Cook Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 1 serving (1 eggplant) 



1 - In a hot pan, add oil, and start by cooking the eggplant, skin side down first.
2 - Season the top part with salt, black pepper and ginger.
3 - Cook for 4 minutes and turn the eggplant around.
4 - Cook for another 4 minutes and flip again.
5 - Glaze the top with hoisin sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6 - Transfer into the oven and cook for 5 minutes, at 400F.
