Savory Oatmeal

Ingredients
For the oatmeal:
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 oz of rolled oats
- Salt and black pepper to taste
To serve:
- 1 fried egg
- 1 oz of roasted peppers
- Zaatar
- Chili crushed
- Fresh parsley
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Add milk and oats to a soup pot and cook on a medium heat until thick (about 3 minutes), stirring regularly
2 - Season with salt and black pepper
3 - Serve in a bowl and top with a fried egg and roasted red peppers
4 - Sprinkle with fresh parsley, zaatar, and crushed chili
