Sesame Ginger Tofu

Ingredients
- 5 oz of tofu, cubed
- 1 oz of corn flour
- 2 tsp of Spicely Organics Ginger Ground
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 carrot, cut into strips
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 tsp of Spicely Organics White Sesame Seeds
- 1 sprig of spring onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce
Serve with:
- Noodles or rice
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Toss the tofu with cornstarch and season with ginger.
2 - In a hot pan, add oil and start by cooking the tofu.
3 - After a minute, add in the carrots and peppers.
4 - Cook for 5 minutes and then add in the sesame and spring onions.
5 - Cook for another minute and then pour in the sweet chili sauce.
6 - Cook for another minute, until well coated and serve.
