Shrimp and Mango Salad

Servings: 1 serving



  • 1 oz of mango, diced
  • ½ oz of cherry tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ oz of onions, diced
  • A squeeze of lime juice
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • Mixed leaves



1 - In a hot pan add olive oil and start by frying the shrimps.

2 - Season with salt, black pepper, granulated garlic and a squeeze of lemon juice.

3 - Cook for 5 minutes until ready.

4 - For the mango salsa: Mix all of the ingredients together.

5 - Place mixed leaves in a salad plate and top with the mango salsa and cooked shrimps.
