Steakhouse Beef Burger

Ingredients
For the garlic aioli:
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of fresh parsley
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
For the rest:
- Beef patty
- 2 tbsp of Steakhouse Burger Rub
- Brioche bun
- 2 tbsp of butter
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- ¼ avocado, sliced
Directions/Instructions:
1 - In a bowl, add all aioli ingredients and mix until smooth
2 - Season the beef patty with the Steakhouse Burger Rub on both sides
3 - Cook in an oiled hot pan for 2 minutes on each side
4 - Meanwhile, melt 1 tbsp of butter in another pan and add in the red onion slices; cook until softened and beginning to brown, about 2 minutes
5 - Remove the onions and add remaining 1 tbsp butter; toast the brioche bun in the same pan
6 - Assemble the burger & serve
