Organic Ras El Hanout Seasoning
Ras el hanout is a spice and herb blend traditionally used in Morocco to flavor soups, stews, and couscous. It is also essential in the North African dish pastilla and in most Moroccan tagine recipes.
Use 1 tablespoon per 4 cups of liquid, or 1 teaspoon per one cup of dry couscous.
Ingredients:organic coriander, organic cinnamon, organic fennel, organic lavender, organic cumin, organic black pepper, organic cayenne, organic cardamom, and organic cloves.
