Special Recipe: Kale Chip

This is a special recipe just for our friends who obtained the Organic Vegetable Seasoning!


1 bunch kale, preferably something flat like Tuscan or Lacinato
1 tbsp olive oil
sea salt
Organic Vegetable Seasoning


Preheat oven to 300~325F.

Halve kale leaves. Remove stems if thick.

Toss in oil. Season with salt and vegetable seasoning. Be gentle with the salt - a little goes a long way since all the moisture will be dried off.

Line on a cookie sheet so that there is no overlap. Bake 15~25 minutes, until crispy but not burnt. Cool on wire rack then serve.
