Organic Fajita Seasoning
Our Organic Fajita Seasoning offers an easy way to create the classic, mouth-watering Tex-Mex dish with grilled meats and vegetables - perfect for a fiesta any day of the week.

Use as a marinade for meats or add to a stir-fry with lots of grilled vegetables.
To create a marinade, combine fajita seasoning with oil, lime juice, and salt. Let the meat rest overnight, covered, in the refrigerator.
Use 1 tablespoon seasoning per 1 LB of meat or 1 teaspoon per 1 cup of beans or vegetables.
Serve fajitas with warm tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese, and lettuce.
HistoryOriginally, in the 1930s, fajita referred to the cut of meat commonly used in the ranch lands of South and West Texas.
The familiar preparation of the dish was not referred to as fajitas until businesses marketed the dish in the 1990s.
