Grilled Vegetable Flatbread with Smoked Almond Muhammara

Ingredients

  • 4 oz of roasted red bell peppers
  • 1 slice of grilled sourdough bread, chopped
  • 1 oz of smoked almonds
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of water
  • 1 tsp garlic granulates

 

  • 1 oz of zucchini, sliced
  • 1 oz of bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 oz of red onions, sliced
  • 2 tsp paprika 
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh mint
  • 1 tortilla wrap

Directions/Instructions:

  1. Add muhammara ingredients to  a blender and  blitz until  smooth
  2. Grill the vegetables for 3 minutes on each side
  3. Heat up tortilla and spoon over muhammara
  4. Top with grilled vegetables, sprinkle with fresh parsley, mint  and paprika
