Indonesian Corn Fritters

Ingredients

  • 7 oz of sweet corn (fresh, canned, or frozen + thawed)
  • 1 oz of bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp of fresh parsley
  • 3 oz of all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of chili crushed
  • 1 tsp of garlic granulates
  • 1 tsp of ginger ground
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of milk

     

                           

                            Directions/Instructions:

                            1 - Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well

                            2 - Heat oil in a pan and spoon in about ¼ cup of the corn mixture, shaping into patties

                            3 - Cook for 2 minutes on each side
