Spicely Organics Strawberry Tabouli Recipe

Servings: 2 - 3 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 1 cup of water
  • A mixed bunch of parsley, mint and scallions - about ½ oz, chopped
  • 1 oz of strawberries,  diced
  • 1 oz of cucumbers, diced
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • ¼ avocado, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper black ground
  • 1 tsp of garlic granulates
  • 1 oz of feta
  • 1 oz of almonds

Directions/Instructions:

  1. Cook the quinoa, following the instructions on the package
  2. Add in a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
