Sesame Crusted Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients
For the sesame chicken:
- 15 oz of chicken breast, cut into two thin filets
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
- 2 oz of sesame seeds
- Oil for frying
For the vinaigrette:
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tbsp of vinegar
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of ginger powder
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
To serve:
- Mixed greens of your choice
Directions/Instructions:
1 - In a deep pot, heat about 1 inch of frying oil
2 - Season the chicken filets with salt, black pepper, and granulated garlic and then dip both sides into sesame seeds
3 - When the oil is hot, carefully place in the chicken and fry for about 4 minutes on each side
4 - While the chicken is frying, mix the vinaigrette ingredients together
5 - Toss together the vinaigrette and mixed greens
6 - Serve the sesame chicken over the mixed greens
