Sheet Pan Harissa Salmon

Total Cook Time: 60 minutes

Servings: 2 servings



  • 7 oz of baby potatoes, sliced
  • 3 oz of red onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz of salmon filet
  • 2 tbsp of harissa seasoning


1 - Season the onions and potatoes with salt, black pepper, oil and harissa seasoning. Add to a baking tray.

2 - Top with the salmon

3 - Season the salmon with harissa seasoning and a drizzle of oil

4 - Cook for 45 minutes, at 375F
