Sheet Pan Harissa Salmon

Ingredients
- 7 oz of baby potatoes, sliced
- 3 oz of red onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 oz of salmon filet
- 2 tbsp of harissa seasoning
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Season the onions and potatoes with salt, black pepper, oil and harissa seasoning. Add to a baking tray.
2 - Top with the salmon
3 - Season the salmon with harissa seasoning and a drizzle of oil
4 - Cook for 45 minutes, at 375F
