Organic Mustard Seeds Brown
A member of the cabbage family, there are several varieties of the mustard plant that look similar. White and yellow seeds of the mustard plant are larger and spicier, while black and brown seeds are milder and more common. Add mustard seeds to salads, pickle brine and curry dishes.
To add to salads, toast the mustard seeds first in oil on medium high heat for about 1 minute, or until they become fragrant.
Mustard may be an anti-inflammatory and may help with asthma.

Unless otherwise indicated, products are sold by weight and not by volume. Some products may appear "less full" due to a variety of factors such as the density of the spice, contents settling during shipment, etc.
Our inner safety seals are pressure sealed and it is normal when twisting off the cap that the seal may come off, come loose, and/or tear - so long as none of the contents spill out, the product is safe to consume.
