Organic Anise Seeds Whole
Anise has a similar flavor profile to licorice, fennel, and anise star. This incredibly aromatic seed is used in baking and is found as an ingredient in different types of liquor.

While making a curry at home, add anise seed to the rice while it is cooking to infuse a delicious herbal flavor. Use 1/2 teaspoon anise seed to 1 cup rice.
Anise is said to help aid in digestion, relieve cramps, and act as an antioxidant.
