Organic Anise Seeds Whole

While making a curry at home, add anise seed to the rice while it is cooking to infuse a delicious herbal flavor. Use 1/2 teaspoon anise seed to 1 cup rice.
Anise is said to help aid in digestion, relieve cramps, and act as an antioxidant.
