Organic Sage Rubbed
Our Organic Sage Rubbed is dried sage rubbed into a fluffy, fine powder that is a traditional ingredient in European, Asian, and North American cuisines. Its savory and peppery flavor with a piney, woody fragrance adds a delicious flavor to a wide variety of meat, vegetable, and salad dishes.

Using at Home
Use 1 teaspoon sage per 1 LB of meat or 2 cups of vegetables.
Delicious in turkey or poultry stuffing, on veal, or in a favorite casserole.
Toss in a little with your boiling vegetables, particularly potatoes and mushrooms.
Ideal replacement or stand-in for ground, dried, fresh sage, and sage leaves.
Rubbed sage is less concentrated than ground sage so be sure to add a little more rubbed sage when it replaces ground sage in your favorite dishes.
