Our Organic Chinese Five Spice Seasoning is a special blend that is traditionally used in Chinese cuisine, but can be found in kitchens all over Asia and Hawaii. Most commonly used to season meats and poultry, but it is also great in baking as well.

This product is Organic, Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Kosher and Vegan

Using at Home

Use 1 tablespoon of five spice per 1 pound of meat or poultry (duck, pork, or goose are commonly used).

To make a five spice blend with salt, put 1 tablespoon five spice and 1 tablespoon kosher salt in a dry pan, then toast over low heat until the ingredients are mixed.

Use this as a rub on meat or for a salty and spicy cake icing add it to buttercream.

Ingredients: Organic Star Anise, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Fennel, Organic Cinnamon, and Organic Cloves.
