Cajun Chicken Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients
For the chicken:- 1 chicken breast (about 7 oz)
- 2 tbsp of Cajun Chicken Rub
For the alfredo sauce:
- ½ cup of heavy cream
- 1 oz of parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of garlic granulates
For the rest:
- 120 grams of cooked tagliatelle pasta
- Fresh parsley
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Season the chicken breast with the Cajun Chicken Rub all over
2 - Cook in a hot pan with some oil, for 6 minute on each side; remove from pan & slice
3 - For the sauce: in a medium hot pan, add all of the sauce ingredients and stir until mixed well and sauce has thickened
4 - Add in the cooked tagliatelle and cook for about 1 more minute
5 - Add pasta to a plate and top with the sliced chicken breast and fresh parsley
