Ingredients
For the couscous salad:- 8 oz of cooked couscous
- 2 oz of chickpeas
- 2 oz of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 oz of red onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
- 1 tsp of turmeric
For topping:
- Arugula
- Feta cheese
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Add all couscous salad ingredients to a large bowl and mix well
2 - Serve topped with arugula and feta cheese to taste
