Summer Stone Fruit & Herb Sangria

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Cook Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 4 servings

For the herb simple syrup (makes enough for 4 batches of the following recipe):
  • 1 ½  cup of water
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 2 tsp of rosemary
  • Some fresh mint leaves

For the sangria:

  • ¼ of the simple syrup
  • 2 apricots, sliced
  • 1 plum, sliced
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 2 ½ cups of white wine (we like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • Ice

1 - To make the herb simple syrup, add all syrup ingredients to a pot and gently simmer until the sugar has melted

2 - Pour syrup through a sieve and let it cool down completely before using

3 - Add in all of the sangria ingredients plus ¼ of the syrup to a pitcher and mix well

4 - Can be enjoyed immediately; will taste even better after chilling in the fridge overnight
