Indonesian Corn Fritters

Ingredients
- 7 oz of sweet corn (fresh, canned, or frozen + thawed)
- 1 oz of bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp of fresh parsley
- 3 oz of all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of chili crushed
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
- 1 tsp of ginger ground
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of milk
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well
2 - Heat oil in a pan and spoon in about ¼ cup of the corn mixture, shaping into patties
3 - Cook for 2 minutes on each side
