Garlic & Pepper Ribeye Steak

Ingredients
- 12 oz ribeye steak
- 2 tbsp of Garlic & Pepper Canadian Style Steak Rub
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 oz of butter
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Season the steak on both sides generously with the Garlic & Pepper Canadian Style Steak Rub
2 - Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan; add steak and cook for 3 minutes on each side (for medium doneness)
3 - During the last minute of cooking, add in the butter and continuously baste the steak
