Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup of sugar
• 2 tsp of cinnamon
• 4 oz dark chocolate
• 1 oz butter

Directions/Instructions:

1 - Preheat oven to 375 F

2 - In a mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar and cinnamon

3 - Using a hand mixer, beat until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes

4 - In a metal bowl placed over simmering water, add chocolate and butter

5 - Mix until melted; let cool for a few minutes

6 - Add the chocolate mixture slowly, while mixing, to the egg mixture

7 - When fully incorporated, pour into 3 buttered ramekins and bake for 10 minutes

8 - Let the cakes rest for 3 minutes before serving
