Zaatar Spiced Carrot Chips

Ingredients
For the carrots:
- 5 oz carrots, peeled and cut into strips
- 1 tbsp of oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tsp of zaatar
- 1 tsp of garlic granulates
For the sauce:
- ¼ cup of plain yogurt (or vegan sour cream)

½ tsp of garlic granulates
Directions/Instructions:
1 - Preheat oven to 375 F
2 - Place carrots in a baking tray and drizzle with oil
3 - Season with salt, black pepper, granulated garlic and zaatar
4 - Roast carrots for about 30 minutes
5 - Mix the sauce ingredients and serve with the carrots
