- 5 oz cooked chickpeas
- 1 oz tomatoes, chopped
- 1 oz cucumbers, chopped
- ½ oz red onions, sliced
- 1 oz red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 oz feta cheese, cubed
- 1 oz olives
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
